Any individual who grows and exhibits dahlias, or helps with growing and exhibiting dahlias, and seeks to further the common goals of dahlia organizations shall be eligible for membership upon application to the Governing Board and payment of the required dues as follows

Individual Membership: $10.00 per individual.

Family Membership $15.00 per family.

A family membership consists of two or more members who have the same address, who grow and maintain their dahlia garden together and share one exhibitor number and exhibit in the same division. 

If the family members are in different exhibiting division (Novice, Amateur, or Open), they may choose to both show with one exhibitor number in the highest exhibiting division of either exhibiting partner and pay for a Family Membersip ($15).

If they choose two separate exhibiting numbers, they must maintain and grow their separate areas of the garden and exhibit in their own exhibiting division and pay for two (2) Individual Memberships ($10 each).

The only exception is if one member shows only in Baskets or Arrangements; in that case they may exhibit in whatever exhibiting division they have reached using the same exhibiting number and pay a Family Membership ($15).
